The Research Behind Brez
How effective is Brez? In a clinical trial*, Dr. Michael J. Breus and Dr. Barbara Harris of the Sleep Research Program at PsypharmaGlobal, with Bonnie Hu of the Institute of Quantitative Concepts, found significant benefits to using Brez, including:
- Most people using Brez experienced a clinically significant reduction in snoring.
- The amount of this reduction was more than half of their snoring events.
- 88% of participants' bed partners also reported improved sleep quality.
According to the researchers, "the results of this study suggest a clinically significant therapeutic effect of the unique internal nasal dilator device (Brez by AirWare) for the reduction of snoring events. In addition, these results suggest significant improvement of bed partner sleep quality."
