How Brez Works

Simple to use, Brez fits comfortably in your nasal passages, gently lifting and expanding your nostrils. This provides support to the interior walls of the nasal passages and reduces the vibrations during breathing that cause snoring.

To ensure your device is comfortable and effective, Brez is available in three convenient sizes designed to fit for most adult noses. Simply check the packaging for an easy-to-use chart to help you select your ideal size:

• SIZE 2 (S) fits smaller adult noses
• SIZE 4 (M) fits most adult noses
• SIZE 6 (L) fits larger adult noses

Once the device is correctly in place, you should feel more openness in your nasal passageway, allowing you to breathe more easily - and sleep better. Brez can also reduce mouth breathing and may provide temporary relief of nasal congestion or stuffiness.

Designed for one-time use for up to 12 hours, Brez should be used nightly for maximum effectiveness. Brez is also easy to remove - simply pull gently on the connecting band and discard.
