FAQ
Primary snoring (snoring without apnea) is often the result of congestion (narrowing of the nasal passageway) or relaxation of the nasal passages, which causes the nasal tissues to vibrate during sleep. Snoring sound levels are the result of that vibration.
Snoring causes both the snorer and the bed partner to wake more frequently at night, robbing both of truly restful sleep. Brez can help both to sleep better and wake refreshed. Learn more about the causes of snoring >>

Why do you recommend a single use only for Brez?
Since the nose is the gatekeeper to your respiratory system, it may harbor germs and bacteria harmful to your health. Brez is packaged so you can enjoy a fresh, hygienic Brez every night. You can sleep soundly knowing that you are avoiding bacteria from the night before, as well as complicated procedures for cleaning.
How does Brez work to reduce snoring?
Soft and pliable, Brez gently lifts to expand and support the interior walls of the nasal passages. This expansion and support of the nasal passages will help to reduce vibration during breathing, which reduces the onset of snoring. Mouth or throat snoring may also be reduced by Brez Premium Nasal Breathing Aids. In supporting the nasal passages and optimizing nasal breathing, Brez reduces mouth breathing. Brez may also provide temporary relief of nasal congestion or stuffiness. Read more about how Brez works >>

Are there any risks to using Brez?
Brez Premium Nasal Breathing Aids pose no health risks; however, it is recommended you follow all instructions. Consult your physician before using if you have had nasal/nose surgery or any medical condition related to the nose, including sores, lesions, or if diagnosed with sleep apnea. Do not use for more than 12 hours. For sanitary reasons, do not reuse each Brez device.
The Brez Premium Nasal Breathing Aid may cause a slight bulge or flaring in the nose (often not noticeable), which is not permanent and will disappear when the product is removed. Our research indicates that others may not notice the device when worn. Learn more about using Brez >>
What if the connecting band breaks or I have trouble removing Brez?
If the connecting strap should break, and the breathing aid is not dislodged from the nostril, Brez's soft, pliable medical grade material is much like your skin. It can be dislodged by pushing the exterior of the nose inward (therefore plugging up the nasal passage and preventing the breathing aid from going up further); pulling down on the remaining straps to remove. If one part of the Brez device remains in the nostril, close the opposite nostril with lateral finger compression and blow hard out through the other nostril. If you are not able to remove the Brez device by using any of these prescribed methods, you should contact a physician.
