Airware Innovates Marketing, Customer Service and Partners With Local Non Profit
February 16, 2010AirWare announced today that it will partner with a local nonprofit to assist with product order fulfillment. Epi-Hab Phoenix, Inc. (www.epihab.org) is a self-sufficient, not-for-profit company focused on providing meaningful employment to those with epilepsy and other challenges by serving their customers with a wide variety of assembly, mailing, and fulfillment labor. Epi-Hab was started in 1958 by a group of Phoenix business and medical professionals.
“AirWare is an organization focused on helping people improve their lives so this was a natural fit for us,” said AirWare CEO Mindi Osborn. “Epi-Hab will provide a quality, valuable service while making an important impact in our community; our success is truly the community’s success.”
AirWare needed to find a reliable new resource for order fulfillment as the company will soon launch an innovative new way to interact directly with customers online and by telephone. Although Brez was only recently introduced to the market, solid retail sales have allowed company leaders to focus on how to provide world-class customer service directly to the consumer. AirWare extensively monitors customer feedback and it became clear that customers like to order Brez online, and many were calling our toll-free number to order directly. New television advertising will hit national airwaves in March, directing consumers to a new point-of-purchase website (www.breztv.com) and a call center staffed 24/7. Packaging and shipping of those orders will be handled by Epi-Hab.
“We’re excited to work with AirWare,” said Epi-Hab’s Executive Director Matt Redmann. “Our employees are focused on meeting AirWare’s fulfillment needs in a timely and quality manner.”
“We were thrilled at the strong customer feedback and encouraging repeat-customer rates for the Brez product in our first year of sales,” Osborn said. “We believe that shifting from a retail-centered strategy to a direct-response model is not only more cost-effective, but has a number of advantages in building customer relationships – Epi-Hab will play an important role in that.”
